  • 摘要: 退耕还林工程实施已经进入第9个年头，先期实施的部分已经度过了政策补助期，这也标志着退耕还林工程的成果巩固工作进入关键时期。退耕还林工程的实施与农村产业结构调整关系密切，为保证工程取得成效，有必要总结工程实施对产业结构调整的影响，并制定完善的工程后续政策。
