城市绿化及木质废弃物循环利用模式分析

Recycling Mode of Urban Greening Waste and Other Wooden Waste

  • 摘要: 经济发展与城市化水平的提高加快了城市垃圾的产生速度。城市固体废弃物数量庞大,种类复杂,以往不合理的填埋与焚烧方式对环境造成了极大污染。然而城市固体废弃物中,城市绿化及木质废弃物由于其有机成分单一、利用途径广、环境污染少等特点,十分适合再生利用,是发展循环经济的重要组成部分。在借鉴国内外成功经验的基础上,对城市绿化及木质废弃物资源化再利用的合理模式进行了初步探讨。从基本目标的实现、利用途径的优化调整等角度,构建了城市绿化及木质废弃物的循环利用模式,对加快社会循环经济和低碳经济的发展,以及城市环境管理和规划具有重要意义。

     

    Abstract: The generation rate of municipal solid waste has been accelerated by the raising level of economic development and urbanization. Municipal solid waste, which is huge and with complex types, used to be handled in unreasonable ways in the past such as landfill and incineration. This leads to a great pollution to the environment. However, with single organic component and a wide range of utilization and less environmental pollution, urban greening waste and wooden waste are suitable for recycling process among municipal solid waste. It is an important part of the recycling economy. Based on the successful experience at home and abroad, this paper discusses the reasonable models of recycling urban greening waste and wooden waste. Recycling mode of urban greening waste and wood waste is established from the viewpionts of basic objectives and optimized adjustment of utilization. It is of great significance in accelerating social development of circular economy and low鄄carbon economy, as well as the management and planning of urban environment
