Abstract: Open space of harbor areas, as an important component of urban public goods and social well-beings, is a key element in old harbor regeneration. Whether carefully considering spatial organization between harbor areas and urban, view corridor, environment comfort, urban life, cultural heritage, ecological consideration and place uniqueness is an important standard to judge the quality of the open space of harbor areas in the design of waterfront open space. It is also an important design strategy.
