Abstract: This paper introduces status quo of international trade of forest products，background of the trade and its environment problem,illustrates the main progresses of international discussion on illegal-logging.Essential of cracking down illegal-logging is analyzed.The conclusion is that economic globalization certainly leads to the contradiction between the developed and developing countries on the utility of forest resources.Actually,timber illegal-logging is a reallocation process of forest resources.Finally,advices are given.
