林业职工工资的影响因素分析——基于省级面板数据

Influencing Factor of Forestry Staff Salary: Based on Provincial Panel Data

  • 摘要: 利用1999—2010年中国31个省(自治区、直辖市)林业系统的面板数据,实证分析了我国林业职工工资的影响因素。研究表明,专业技术人员比例、所有行业职工年均工资和在岗职工人数对我国林业职工工资有较显著的影响,而各省国内生产总值、林业第三产业比重、林业产业总产值和森林蓄积量对林业职工工资的影响不显著。同时对我国林业职工工资改革提出了建议。

     

    Abstract: This paper analyzes the influencing factors of forestry staff salary based on the panel data of 31 provinces, autonomous regions and cities from 1999 to 2010 in China. The results show that three factors, i.e. the percentage of professional technicians, the average salary per year in all industries, and the number of on-guard staff, have significant effect on forestry staff salary. Other factors, including the provincial GDP, the percentage of forestry tertiary-industry, the gross product of forestry industry and forest storage have no significant influence. Then, proposals on forestry staff salary reform in China are suggested.
