Environmental Protection and Globally Environmental Justice

  • Modernization gave rise to global environmental problem. From the point of view of developed countries and regions, the root of environmental problem comes from the problem of population growth which happened in developing countries and regions, the developing countries and regions should be response for the environmental problem primary. In contrast, from the point of view of developing countries and regions, the root of environmental problem derives from inequality of social institution or structure which resulted from developed countries and regions who should undertake the duty for environment more. However, it is hard to resolve the environmental problem if we just blame each other, the most important thing for environmental problem is providing some effective plan. We have reasons to believe that, based on the analysis of two different points of view between developed countries and regions and developing countries and regions, a kind of capability approach can give us a theory of global environmental justice with multiple-dimension and multiple-level if we focus on human being爷s fully prosperity.
