Abstract: Accelerating the formation of new production relations compatible with new quality productive forces can fully stimulate the vitality of new quality productive forces. New quality productivity is the productivity that meets the level of high-quality development, green development is the foundation for high-quality development, and new quality productivity is green productivity. The implementation of the ecological attributes of new quality productive forces requires the construction of new production relations that are compatible with them. From the perspective of the ecological attributes of new quality productive forces, production relations have taken their proper form: new ownership structure in the ecological field, low-carbon and circular production organization forms, and ecological supervision and management mechanisms. To shape a new green production relationship, it is necessary to promote the green transformation of production, distribution, exchange and consumption, create a good ecological atmosphere for the development of new quality productive forces, and promote the construction of ecological civilization.
