Abstract: National parks, as important carriers for protecting the natural environment and important venues for ecological ethical practices, play a significant role in the construction of ecological civilization. Therefore, it is urgent to establish an ethical system that is in line with the new era's ecological civilization construction for these parks. By conducting a philosophical analysis of concepts such as habitat, environment, new habitat, and new habitat ethics, we further propose the four dimensions of new habitat ethics- present the virtues of all things through the concept of "the realm of existence", care for symbiosis responsibility through the concept of "circle of symbiosis", follows the path of authenticity through the concept of "Original Realm", Calling for ecological awareness through the concept of "Awakening Dimension", using this to construct an ethical framework for the construction and development of national parks. In response to the current ecological crisis caused by habitat loss, four principles for the protection of national parks within the framework of the new habitat ethics are proposed: namely, the principle of natural authenticity, the principle of natural justice, the principle of ecological integrity, and the principle of natural self-consistency. New habitat ethics is a new form of environmental ethics that places greater emphasis on the preservation of life, the cycle of survival, and ecological integrity in the new era. It is an ethical agreement on the new habitat level of environmental ethics in restoring a healthy, stable, and complete ecosystem.
