A Logical Analysis of the Modernization of Ecological Governance in Chinese Style Led by the Communist Party of China

The leadership of the Communist Party of China is not only the essential requirement of socialism, but also the only way to promote the modernization of China's ecological governance. The paradigm of "state-society" originating from the West cannot provide scientific guidance for China's ecological governance, and it is in a state of loss of voice at both the macro and micro levels. By analyzing the generation logic of China's ecological governance modernization driven by political parties, it is found that the gene of the leading party, adaptive party, and mission-oriented party of the Communist Party of China is the embodiment of legitimacy logic, reality logic, and organizational logic. People's need for a beautiful and ecological living environment, ecological governance effectiveness, and sense of mission and responsibility respectively constitute the driving mechanism of the Communist Party of China leading China's ecological governance modernization from the perspectives of gravity, pressure, and inner force. In specific practical pathways, the party's organizational system, decision-making and execution model, and integration mechanism are used to build a composite ecological participation network, reshape the government's ecological governance capacity, and optimize the allocation of ecological governance resources, thereby achieving synergy among the party, state, and society at the level of ecological governance.
