Research on the Evaluation of Ecological Product Value Realization Mechanisms in the Context of High-Quality Development

  • Improving the value realization mechanism of ecological products is an intrinsic requirement for promoting high-quality economic development. Based on the internal logic of constructing ecological product value realization mechanism, this study establishes an evaluation index system and employs the entropy-weighted TOPSIS method to assessthe implementation across 32 cities (states and counties). The findings reveal three key insights: ① The development of the ecological product value realization mechanism across the 32 cities (prefectures, counties) is at a medium level, with policy guarantee mechanisms exhibiting relatively weak execution capabilities. Regional development disparities are significant, with the highest-performing Sanming City outperforming the lowest-ranked Tangshan City by a factor of 2.88.② High-proximity cities achieve positive interactions between market-driven forces and policy guarantees, yet suffer from insufficient supply optimization capabilities, with only 53.85% reaching "good" performance levels. Low-proximity cities possess favorable ecological resource foundations, but lag in market efficiency and execution capacity, with 84.21% and 68.42% respectively failing to meet "good" standards. ③ Pathway combinations show significant differentiation. The integrated path exhibits the hightest relative proximity, followed by the transaction-driven singular pathway , both substantially outperforming the lowest-ranked industrial development pathway. The study recommends promoting the deep integration of ecological product value realization mechanisms with high-quality development through the construction of a classified and hierarchical policy support system, market-oriented dual-wheel drive mechanisms, and regional collaborative optimization strategies.
