On the Mechanism of Integration of Rural Biogas with the First, Second and Third Industries

  • Rural biogas has become both non-profit and commercial strategic new industry. Due to imperfect situation of rural biogas service system, the tertiary industry has become an important factor affecting the function and sustainable operation of rural biogas. Against the backdrop of new economic normal, industry integration is an effective measure to promote rural reform, develop recycle economy, and solve "issues in agriculture, rural areas, and farmers". It is also an academic hot issue. This article analyzes the necessity, difficulties, and strategies and countermeasure of integrating rural biogas with first, second and third industries. First, it analyzes the status of integration between rural biogas with first, second and third industries in the countryside, sort the issues and difficulties in the integration. Then, it explores the driving force of development for the integration of rural biogas with other industry, and expounds the following conclusions: market is the driving force of promoting the integration of rural biogas with first, second and third industries; by different paths such as cross integration, internal integration, and optimized integration, the interest-highly-related community is formed with modes of new technology, new industry, and new commercial mode, and it drives the development of the industry in a way of from low to high-grade. Based on above analyses, it proposes development suggestions and countermeasures for the integration of rural biogas with first, second and third industries.
