Abstract

The innovation of entrepreneurs in Marx's distributive justice has the value of the times. This article firstly expounds the connotation of entrepreneur's role in Marx's distributive justice, using a comparative analysis of the role of traditional and modern entrepreneurs in value creation and income distribution. Then, combining the reality of China's economic development in the new era, it clarifies the key role of entrepreneurs in cultivating new economic driving forces and the practical obstacles they are facing. Finally, it puts forward safeguard measures for manifesting entrepreneur's innovation value from the perspectives of reward mechanism, innovation funds, innovation environment and social innovation atmosphere.
