Mr. ZHAI Zhong-qi is a senior researcher in the field of forest economics and management. In particular, he has very high attainments in forestry regionalization and forest ecological economy. He is pragmatic, diligent and eager to learn, and emphasizes the regional industrial structure and layout of forest products industry, diversified forestry management and comprehensive development, the rational layout and zoning of forest resources, and so on, which are still of great guiding significance today.
