Theoretical Analysis on the Construction of International Discourse Power of China's Ecological Civilization

International discourse power has always been the key point for sovereign states to express their demands and safeguard their own interests. In recent years, China's outstanding performance in the field of ecological civilization development has been promoting the process of global ecological civilization reform, and also strengthening the right of speech in the field of international ecological civilization discourse. With more than 70 years' development of the People's Republic of China, China's international discourse power of ecological civilization has changed greatly from accumulating China's power to spreading China's voice, from telling China's story to expounding China's claims.
