  • Fengshui woods are protected forest, and Chinese people believe that they have good or bad effects on a person, a family, a clan, a village and a town at present and in the future. These woods are natural forest or plantations, and form Fengshui woods culture in history gradually. This culture is a product of Chinese traditional Fengshui culture. By surveying the status quo of peoples identity on the Fengshui woods in Guilin Houlong mountain, this paper explores inheritance ways of Fengshui woods culture and put forwards the protection system of Fengshui woods, which includes understanding the essence of Fengshui woods culture correctly through school education, building Fengshui woods protection system by forest protection laws and village regulations.
