Abstract
With the development of computer technology and the crossing trend between landscape architecture planning and design and other related disciplines, computer has deeply overlapped and interacted with landscape architecture planning. This kind of fusion involves three aspects. Firstly, Geographic Information System(GIS) is used to solve problems such as complex data record, a comprehensive analysis and mapping etc. Secondly, ecoaided design technology is used to solve problems such as heat, wind, light, sound environmental analysis and optimization. Thirdly, model construction is used to expand the fields which are can not be reached by traditional design and reinterprets traditional threedimensional model. Expanding the narrow cognition of computer applying to mapping to the analysis of Computeraided Design(CAD)on crossdiscipline of landscape architecture is benefitial for the development and application of landscape architecture planning and design as a discipline.
