Evaluation and Development Strategies on Regional Competitiveness of Flower Industry in China

  • Based on establishing a set of comprehensive evaluation index system and using factor analysis method, this paper evaluates the competitiveness level of regional flower industry in China, and estimates key factors influencing the industry competitiveness. According to comprehensive ranking score of the industry competitiveness in different provinces, four flower production areas are divided, i.e. the most competitive region, the competitive region, the low competitive region, the weakest competitive region. Finally, this paper puts forward different development strategies according to different regional characteristics.
