Quality Reconstruction　of English Teachers under View of New Curriculum

Teachers,as the “human” factors in new curriculum reform,are playing increasingly prominent roles in smooth implementation of the new curriculum reform.Meanwhile,the new curriculum reform has also brought great challenges to English teachers.In order to meet the challenges of the times and need of self development, English teachers must change their traditional roles,reestablish themselves with modern educational philosophy,reconstruct their quality structure under the new circumstances.
