Economic Analysis of Woodland Usufruct Transfer and Woodland Welfare Changes

This paper analyzes the content of woodland welfare and the situations of welfare changes due to the woodland usufruct transfer. The fundamentals of welfare improvement in ideal status are interpreted by the related microeconomics theories and models. Combined with the real situation of woodland usufruct transfer, the reasons why the transfer has not been carried out in a large-scale in China are analyzed using the prospect theory and mental accounting theory of behavioral economics.
