Mechanism and Path of Forest Farmers’ Cluster Venture

The collective forest right reform broke the scale of forest management and the unity of regional industry. Cluster venture of forest farmers efficiently makes up for these problems. This paper analyzes formation mechanism of forest farmers’ cluster venture after the collective forest right reform in views of process model and forming model. Forest farmers’ cluster venture is divided into three models, i.e. naturally-formed, naturally-formed and government-supported, government-supported and self-enhanced. Accordingly, the paper builds three cultivation paths based on capital, technology and management, and points out that the venture path should be innovated.
