基于CREO参数化建模建立明式家具零件库

Establishment of Ming-style Furniture Part Library Based on the Parametric Modeling in CREO

  • 摘要: 明式家具在现代的传承陷入危机, 一方面是由于其价格的昂贵以及生产工艺的复杂性, 再者就是由于其手工艺制作技法未能很好地承接到现代生产方式之上。明式家具的榫卯构建特色为其精髓, 同时具有模块化特征。CREO软件的族表功能可针对其模块化特征进行零件库的建立, 满足其特征结构相同、尺寸不同的特点。为了能够满足明式家具的现代化生产, 研究出综合榫卯结构参数化特征与参照特征建模方式为一体的系统, 通过自下而上的建模方式对零件库进行整合, 最终通过建立龙凤榫零件库来证明。

     

    Abstract: The heritage of Ming-style furniture in modern is in crisis, one reason is because of its expensive price and the complexity of production process, another reason is that its handicraft production techniques failed to be undertaken to the modern mode. The essence of Ming-style furniture is on its mortise-tenon structure with modularization. The family table function of CREO software can be used to build part library based on its modular features, meeting the feature of mortise-tenon parts with the same structure but in different size. In order to satisfy the modern production of Ming-style furniture, a system comprehending the parametric characteristics of mortise-tenon structure and reference feature modeling as a whole is created, the bottom-up modeling method is used for the integration of part library, and finally it is proved through the establishment of Longfeng tenon part library.
