Application and Practice of Fine Management in State-owned Forest Areas

  • 摘要: 管理科学分3个层次, 即规范化、精细化、个性化。根据林业的特点阐明了实施精细化管理的必要性, 赋予了精细化管理新的概念和内涵。以山西省太行山国有林管理局为例, 在规范化管理的基础上对森林资源管护、育苗、造林、流域治理等方面就精细化管理进行了一些探索和实践, 以此促进国有林区的改革创新, 促进林区各项事业的发展。
    Abstract: Management science is divided into 3 levels, i. e., standardization, refinement and personalization. According to the characteristics of forestry, the necessity of implementing fine management is clarified, and the new concept and connotation of fine management are given. Taking the Shanxi Province Taihang Mountain State-owned Forest Administration as an example, the management of forest resources, seedling raising, afforestation, and watershed management are explored and implemented on the basis of standardized management, so as to promote the reform and innovation of state-owned forest areas, and also to enhance the development of various undertakings in forest areas.
