摘要

摘要: 国际话语权一直是各主权国家表达自己诉求，维护自身利益的博弈点。近年来，我国在生态文明建设领域的异军突起奏响了推进全球生态文明改革进程的乐章，提高了中国在国际生态文明话语领域的音量。伴随中华人民共和国70多年的风雨历程，我国生态文明国际话语权实现了从积蓄中国动力到传播中国声音，从讲好中国故事到阐述中国主张的巨变。构建我国生态文明国际话语权就要统筹全国上下一盘棋，官方民间双重外交齐配合，积极组织多国多边活动，勇担世界生态建设重任。这对巩固我国生态文明建设成果，打造具有中国特色的生态文明话语体系，提高我国在国际舆论阵地中的地位，深度参与全球环境治理具有举足轻重的理论和实践意义。

Abstract: International discourse power has always been the key point for sovereign states to express their demands and safeguard their own interests. In recent years, China's outstanding performance in the field of ecological civilization development has been promoting the process of global ecological civilization reform, and also strengthening the right of speech in the field of international ecological civilization discourse. With more than 70 years' development of the People's Republic of China, China's international discourse power of ecological civilization has changed greatly from accumulating China's power to spreading China's voice, from telling China's story to expounding China's claims. In order to build the international discourse power of China's ecological civilization, it is necessary for the whole country to work together, official diplomacy and non-governmental diplomacy cooperate with each other, actively organize multinational and multilateral activities, and undertake the major task of world ecological development. Constructing the discourse power of China's ecological civilization is of important theoretical and practical significance for consolidating the achievements of China's ecological civilization development, building a discourse system of ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics, improving China's position in international public opinion, and deeply participating in global environmental governance.
