Abstract:
Humans once paid too much attention to and pursued the maximization of their own profits, ignoring the laws of nature, which led to the tension between man and nature, and the ecological environment crises of ecosystem degradation, environmental pollution and lack of biodiversity appeared. In the new century, humans are increasingly aware that only by establishing a new concept of survival, respecting, conforming to and protecting nature can sustainable development be achieved. Therefore, the study of "ecology" has attracted the attention of all sectors of society and become one of the hot topics of research and discussion. Through extensive research, this paper analyzes the research paradigms of the four important disciplines of "ecology + social thought", "ecology + literature", "ecology + linguistics", and "ecology+translation" in the field of humanities and social sciences, with the aim of providing readers with a macro-map of "ecological+" research, highlighting the concerns of the scholars of the humanities and social sciences for social development and ecological protection, and also providing multi-dimensional and multi-level insights for addressing the eco-challenges.
