Abstract: Building the Modern Chinese civilization with Chinese-style modernization, we need not only a solid material foundation, but also a strong spiritual guarantee. The revitalization of rural culture is the inherent requirement of the construction of the Modern Chinese civilization. Based on the new journey to build a modern socialist country in all respects, the revitalization of rural culture is an activity with historical connotation, concrete practice and response to practical concerns, which has its consistent internal logic. The revitalization of rural culture still faces challenges in the construction of Party organizations, the development of rural industry, the protection of agrarian culture, the governance of social atmosphere, and the cultivation of cultural subjectivity. In view of this, it is necessary to take the Modern Chinese civilization as the direction of development, put forward corresponding practical countermeasures from the levels of politics, economy, culture, society and main body, and create the road of rural culture revitalization with Chinese characteristics.
