基于SWOT-AHP 的北京市民农园经营战略选择研究

摘要: 市民农园作为都市农业的新形式之一,近年来在北京广泛兴起,引起了相关部门的重视。但目前北京市民农园的经营缺乏战略性,发展受到多重的阻碍。在对11 家市民农园进行实地问卷调查的基础上,对北京市民农园经营所处的内外部环境进行SWOT 分析,并运用AHP 方法对SWOT 因素进行定量测度,对市民农园的经营战略进行科学定位,进而提出相应的对策及建议。

Abstract: Being a new form of urban agriculture, allot gardens have widely thrived in Beijing in recent years, and attracked government's attention. But they encounter many difficulties and lack of right business strategy at present. Based on field survey of 11 allot gardens in Beijing, this paper analyzes their internal and external operating environment by SWOT analysis, uses AHP model to quantitatively measure the SWOT factors, and makes a scientific position of their business strategy. Countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the development of allot gardens in Beijing.
