摘要: 摘要: 为确保北京市“一镇一园”建设工程的顺利实施，构建科学合理的乡镇生态休闲公园体系，在宏观、中观和微观3个层面确定了结构布局规划、控制规划和示范公园方案规划3个层次。不同的规划层次解决相对应的问题，从而确保北京市乡镇生态休闲公园体系规划的科学性和可操作性。

Abstract: To establish a scientific and reasonable township ecological leisure park system and ensure the success of one township one park project, this paper sets three levels of structure, i.e. the layout planning, index control planning and demonstration park planning from aspects of macroscopic perspective, intermediate perspective and microscopic perspective. Different planning level solves the corresponding questions, which guarantees the feasibility and successful implementation of the one township one park project.
