摘要: 在对北京市山区生态林管护员的现状进行调查和分析的基础上，结合北京市社会经济发展状况，从农村的社会救助、社会保险、社会福利、商业保险等方面入手，以保障农村最低生活、促进农村养老保险、提高农村社会福利为目的，对山区生态林管护员的保障体系的优化提出设想，并构建了有北京特色的山区生态林管护员社会保障体系。

Abstract: This paper intends to build social security system for forest protection and management workers in Beijing mountain areas.Based on research and analysis of life and working status quo of these workers,combining with socio-economic development status in Beijing,the authors aim to give ideas to optimize the social security system for the workers in order to support the minimum rural living standard,promote rural old-age insurance system,and advance rural social welfare from aspects of social relief programs,social insurance and social welfare,etc.
