林农集群创业机理与路径研究

摘要: 林农集群创业有效弥补了由集体林权改革打破的林业经营的规模性和区域产业的统一性。从林农集群创业的过程模型和形成模式上剖析了集体林权改革后林农集群创业的形成机理，将林农集群创业概括为“自然形成”“自然形成-政府扶持”和“政府扶持-自主提升”3种模式,构建了基于金融扶持、技术引进和管理的3种培育路径，并指出应在林农集群创业路径上进行创新。

Abstract: The collective forest right reform broke the scale of forest management and the unity of regional industry. Cluster venture of forest farmers efficiently makes up for these problems. This paper analyzes formation mechanism of forest farmers’ cluster venture after the collective forest right reform in views of process model and forming model. Forest farmers’ cluster venture is divided into three models, i.e. naturally-formed, naturally-formed and government-supported, government-supported and self-enhanced. Accordingly, the paper builds three cultivation paths based on capital, technology and management, and points out that the venture path should be innovated.
