Abstract:
With the analysis of cost-benefit and taking the northeast ditch basin for example, this paper builds the compensatory standard of ecological water transmission control. In view of direct investment and opportunity cost, the authors analyze the total cost of ecological water transmission control taking the increase of ecological value as the income. The water efficiency coefficient is considered as the division standard of ecological income. Result shows that the water efficiency coefficient is 774 percent for intake area, and 226 percent for water resource area. The water source area takes the total cost of the ecological water transmission control. The intake area should pay a compensation of RMB2 258 63748 annually to the water resource area.
