美国城市更新中屋顶花园的应用及对中国的启示

Application of Roof Gardens in American Urban Renewal and Its Enlightenment to China

摘要: 屋顶花园作为一种城市绿化手段,与城市更新改造运动相结合是美国城市更新中的一项重要措施。目前我国很多城市正在进行城市更新和改造,运用各种技术和措施进行更新改造日益受到人们的关注和重视。针对美国利用屋顶花园技术综合解决城市更新中的问题进行研究,结合各类优秀案例,重点分析屋顶花园在城市更新和改造中所采用的方式,并对其发展进行了梳理,以期对我国的城市更新改造有一定借鉴意义。

Abstract: As a means of urban greening, the building of roof garden, along with urban renewal movement, is an important measure for city renovation in America. At present urban renewal is in progress in many cities of our country, and the use of various technologies and measures in urban renewal has been paid more and more attention. The paper studies the application of roof gardens in America for solving problems appearing in urban renewal, analyzes the ways that roof gardens have been applied in urban renewal with outstanding cases of various types, and sorts out the development of roof gardens. This paper is expected to offer some references for the urban renewal in our country.
