Abstract:
The new situation and new tasks faced by forestry has raised new requirements for talents on
key positions of forestry. We organized a research group in order to build a qualified talent team of the
forestry key positions in grassroots and to avoid the shortage of such talents. Through investigations on the
four key forestry industry groups, and by means of sample survey, typical survey and interviews, we
made an in-depth analysis on the current situations and problems of forestry talents on the key positions as
well as their causes. In the end we put forward specific countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects
of leading organization, management system, political system, training system and capital guarantee.
