摘要:
碳金融是旨在实现节能减排、减小环境污染为目标的限制温室气体排放的金融活动。通过各种技术途径和政策机
制降低碳排放是应对全球气候变化的首选。最近10 年来,碳金融市场迅猛发展,而我国的碳金融市场则起步缓慢,仍处
于落后状态。在碳金融市场发展过程中,从碳金融视角下的林业企业的社会责任着手,指出目前林业企业的社会责任感
不强,不能主动承担社会责任等问题,研究强调企业社会责任在碳金融市场中的作用,并且建议林业企业应该重视碳金
融,并在碳金融市场上发展提升相关生产能力,进而使得中国在国际碳金融市场上拥有一定的竞争力。

Abstract:
Carbon finance is a financial activity which to achieve energy conservation and emissions
reduction and its goal to reduce environmental pollution and greenhouse gas emissions. Through a variety
of technology and policy mechanisms to reduce carbon emissions is a popular choice for dealing with
global climate change. The global carbon market has a rapid development in the last decade. However,
China's carbon finance markets start slowly and it is still in a backward state. This paper starts on the
social responsibility of forestry enterprises under carbon finance markets, and points out that the social
responsibility of enterprises is not strong currently, and can not take the initiative responsibility to assume
social responsibility etc. Besides this, the study emphasizes the important role of social responsibility for
enterprises in the carbon financial markets. At last, the paper makes suggestions in order to help forestry
companies to pay attention to carbon financial market, and improve their productivity, furthermore make
China into a competitive time in the international carbon finance market.
