台湾地区环保志工参与动机、工作满意度及组织承诺的探讨以太鲁阁和阳明山国家公园为例
Motivation, Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment of Environmental Volunteers in Taiwan, China: Cases of Taroko and Yangmingshan National Parks

摘要: 生态文明和社会文明同为中国特色社会主义建设的重要内容。志愿服务作为社会文明的标志之一,与生态 文明建设发生交集即为环保志工。充分了解环保志工的特性,将有助于我国合理运用这一人力资源,利于生态环 保领域公共事业的发展。以我国台湾地区太鲁阁、阳明山国家公园为例,对其环保志工进行问卷调查,用SPSS 软 件处理数据,分析志工的参与动机、工作满意度及组织承诺,并探究不同社经背景者在此3 方面的差异,最后针对 环保志工的有效管理和长足发展提出相关建议。Abstract: Social civilization and ecological civilization are two of the most significant sections in building socialism with Chinese characteristics. As a symbol of social civilization, providers of volunteer services will be defined as environmental volunteers once they are engaged in ecological civilization construction. A full understanding of the characteristics of environmental volunteers will help us to properly utilize the human resources in China and develop the public services in the field of ecological and environmental protection. In this research, questionnaire survey were conducted among environmental volunteers in Taroko National Park and Yangmingshan National Park of Taiwan, and the data were analyzed by SPSS software. Motivation, satisfaction and organizational commitment of environmental volunteers were then analyzed to explore the differences of the volunteers in these three aspects who have different social and economic backgrounds. Finally, proposals for the effective management and long-term development of environmental volunteering were put forward.
