Study on the Incentive Policy and its Effects in the Development of Woody Coal Industry

摘要

摘要: 本文对激励性政策及其在木质煤产业发展过程中所起的作用进行简要研究。文章首先分析了包括木质煤在内的新能源产业政策框架的形成机制，以及激励性政策在整个政策框架中的地位；其次分析了激励性政策的理论依据；最后通过市场竞争力的理论模型讨论激励性政策在木质煤产业发展过程中的作用变化情况。
