Quality Reconstruction of English Teachers under View of New Curriculum

  • 摘要: 新课程改革实施以来,教师作为新课程中“人”的因素,对新课程改革顺利实施的决定作用日益凸显。与此同时,新课程也给教师带来了巨大的挑战。面对这种情况,在英语教学中,教师必须转变传统教师角色,重新树立现代教育观,重构自身素质结构,以适应时代的挑战与自身的发展需要。

     

    Abstract: Teachers,as the “human” factors in new curriculum reform,are playing increasingly prominent roles in smooth implementation of the new curriculum reform.Meanwhile,the new curriculum reform has also brought great challenges to English teachers.In order to meet the challenges of the times and need of self development, English teachers must change their traditional roles,reestablish themselves with modern educational philosophy,reconstruct their quality structure under the new circumstances.
