园艺疗法在自闭症儿童社交障碍干预中的应用

Horticultural Therapy on Autistic Children’s Social Communication Disorder

  • 摘要: 运用各种心理治疗方法提升自闭症儿童的社会交往能力,是自闭症儿童康复的主要目标。作为一种生态化的心理治疗方法,园艺疗法近年来逐渐受到重视。综述了园艺疗法和自闭症儿童社会交往障碍的相关研究,提出可以对自闭症儿童社交障碍运用园艺疗法进行干预,并简要地分析其可行性与有效性,旨在为进一步的矫治和干预提供理论支持。同时阐述了园艺疗法在自闭症儿童干预过程中的具体应用,提出了在实施过程中要以自闭症儿童为本、注意安全、坚持整体异同、耐心负责及矫治发展等5项实施原则。

     

    Abstract: The main target of Autism intervention is that various treatments are used to promote social interaction skills of autistic children. Horticultural therapy, as an eco-therapy, is getting more and more attention in the field of autism intervention in recent years. This paper reviews the research of horticultural therapy and social communication disorders of autistic children, suggests that horticultural therapy can be used to intervene in social communication disorders of autistic children, and briefly analyzes its feasibility and validity, which can provide theoretical support for further rectification and intervention. The authors also explain the specific application of horticultural therapy in autistic children’s psychotherapy and put forward five implementation principles, including children-based principle, safety principle, overall and individual combination principle, patience and responsibility principle and development principle.
