  • The Forest Law of the People’s Republic of China is the basic legal of forest protection and construction in China. Scientific and perfect forest law is an important basis for sustainable development of forestry. The first draft of the Forest Law of the People’s Republic of China has been promulgated. It successfully absorbs the results of theoretical research and successful practical experience in recent years. However, the draft still has a number of shortcomings in legislative technique.
