  • Participatory approach is a key concept and basic method of participatory development. The implenmentation of participatory approach in the Grain for Green Project reflects the dominant position of farmers, protects their benefit, improves the relationship between officials and farmers. Participatory approach will be more widely used with the continuation of the project and the process of ecological civilization. However, the application of participatory approach is not enough at present in the Grain for Green Project.
