Characteristics and Resolve Measures of Damage Accidents Resulted by National Key Protected Wild Animals in China

  • China is a country with vast territory and abundant resources of animals and plants. With the improvements of ecological environment, the damage accidents resulted by national key protected wild animals have become more serious and complicated. It is necessary to investigate the problems and characteristics of the accidents and put forward effective resolve measures to protect the wild animals efficiently and defend the legal rights of victims. Based on analyzing the characteristics of the accidents, this paper discusses the reasonable compensation measures on the accidents under the current law and economic condition.
